Because Roman’s 3:10 states: “No one is good-not even one.” And Romans 3:23 states: “For all have sinned; all fall short of GOD’s glorious standard.”…I needed deliverance from my sins.

Because John 3:16 states: “For GOD so loved the world that HE gave HIS only SON, so that everyone who believes in HIM will not perish but have eternal life.” And John 3:36 states: “and all who believe in GOD’s SON have eternal life.” I was led into a personal relationship with GOD when I was 22 years old, and at that moment I completely submitted my life to HIM. At that moment, I received the gift of salvation.

Upon receiving that gift, GOD delivered me from scars of many years of abuse and many broken, dysfunctional family relationships. I trusted NO ONE! GOD also removed the guilt I carried from things I had done, of which I was very ashamed. I was born again! “What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone, a new life has begun!” 2 Corinthians 5:17

I am so very thankful for my salvation and know that it is not a gift I should keep to myself. I have shared my personal testimony many times, but to put it in its entirety on paper is a difficult task. I am very open about my past life-not proud, but open as it can only show people what GOD has delivered me from and that I am no different from anyone else. GOD’s light can shine through cracked pots!
